- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 cup (218 g) Redpath® Golden Yellow Sugar, firmly packed
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 6 cups (1500 ml) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 recipe of simple syrup
- 4-6 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
