Butterflied Roast Chicken | IGA Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 chicken, butterflied
• 2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp ground sage
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon, zested and sliced into 4
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp white wine or stock
• Get creative and use any mix of herbs that you have in your pantry. Oregano, parsley and bay also make a great combination.
