Ingredients

• 6 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
• 150 – 200 ml water
• 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 tsp turmeric paste
• 1 cup + 3 tbsp unsweetened plant milk (I use coconut milk)
• About 1/3 – 1/2 tsp ground cardamom (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp liquid vanilla extract
• 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp raw honey
• pinch of cayenne pepper
• pinch of black pepper
