Justin Wilson's Hush Puppies Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups Cornmeal
• 1 Ground cayenne pepper
• 1 cups Plain flour
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 cups Buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cups Green onion, finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon Soda
• 2 tablespoon Bacon drippings, hot
• ½ cups Parsley, finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon Garlic powder (to taste)
