• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup milk
• 3 egg whites
• Glaze:
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
