Ingredients

• 1 3/8 cup water
• 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 cup rye flour
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar packed
• 2 tsp active dry yeast
• 2 tbsp caraway seed
