Garlic bread | Lurpak®

Ingredients

• 3 bulbs of garlic
• 50 g Lurpak® Plant Based
• 3 thyme sprigs
• salt and freshly ground pepper
• 500 g strong bread flour
• 10 g fine salt
• 7 g fast-acting dry yeast
• 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
• 1 tbsp sage leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp thyme leaves, picked
• 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon, peeled and finely chopped
• 300 ml water
• 1 free range egg, beaten (for brushing the dough)
