Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 2 cups chicken fillet cubed
• ½ onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon red masala
• 1 tablespoon mochachos spice or
• ½ tablespoon chicken and BBQ spice
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon prego sauce
• 1 tablespoon nandos hot sauce
• 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
