Savoury Muffins recipe by Zaakirah

Ingredients

• ½ cup oil
• ¼ cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tin creamstyle corn
• 2 teaspoon green chillies
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• salt to taste
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 cubed tomato
• 1 cubed green pepper/yellow pepper
• 1 cup cooked cubed fillets
• 1 cup grated mozarella cheese
• 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
• chopped greens: coriander, spring onions
• 2 cups flour/self raising flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder if using
