Salba Asian Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 2 tbsp Salba seeds
• 2 tbsp peanut butter
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salad:
• 1/4 red onion, chopped
• 2 cups bean sprouts
• 1 1/2 cups snow peas
• 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
