• 50 g butter
• 1 small onion, diced
• 4 rashers of Grandpa's middle bacon, chopped into pieces
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• ¼ c flour
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups tasty cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
