• 2 medium dill pickles, each cut into 4 equal pieces lengthwise
• 2 roma tomatoes, washed and cut into 1/2-inch slices lengthwise
• 16-24 sport peppers
• 2/3 cup Chicago-style green sweet pickle relish
• 1/2 cup finely diced white onion (about 1/2 a medium onion)
