Ingredients

• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened to cool room temperature, plus more for the pan
• 2 1/4 c ups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
• 2 lemons
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Kosher salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 cups grated zucchini (use the large holes of a box grater), from about 2 medium zucchini
• 2 cups powdered sugar
