- 2 apples (peeled & diced)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch all spice
- 2-3 cloves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 lime (juice & zest)
- 1 handful raisins
- 3.5 oz Frico Chevrette cheese (slices) (shredded)
- 1 egg yolk
- 4-5 sheets of spring roll pastry
