- 75 g Butter , plus extra for ramekins
- 6 pieces Cardamom Pods , seeds removed and crushed
- 4 portion Chocolate Truffles
- 150 g Dark Chocolate 70% , chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Demerara Sugar or raw sugar, for sprinkling
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tsp Espresso Powder
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Ground Ginger
- 50 g Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Water
- 100 g White Mini Marshmallows
