- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 7 eggs, separated
- 300 millilitres carton thickened cream
- Coffee icing
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 15 grams butter
- 3 teaspoons dry instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons water
