- 1.5lbs venison, or meat of choice stew meat, round steak etc
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 package au jus mix
- 1 can chicken broth, bouillon or bone broth
- 1 can beef broth, bouillon or bone broth
- 1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8oz sour cream
- 8oz package of fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 small can of sliced mushrooms
- 16oz package of egg noodles
