Ingredients

• 2 cups of fine bulgur
• 2 cups of hot water
• 1 onion
• 1 cup of semolina
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp. tomato paste
• 3~4 tbsp. flour
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• Cumin
• 1/4 cup of water
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 2 tbsp. chili paste
• 1 bunch of parsley
• Half a cup of strained yogurt
