Ingredients

• For the Topping:

• For the Peach Filling:
• 4 peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 cup brown sugar, divided
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• For the Cake:
• 1 ¾ cups white sugar
• ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 large eggs, at room temperature
• 4 cups ROGERS FOODS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1 ¼ cups buttermilk
• ¾ cup sour cream
