Easy Fish and mash - Mitsides Group

• 4 cod fillets
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
• ½ tsp paprika
• ¼ tsp dried thyme
• ½ cup Mitsides All Purpose Flour
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
• Some olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• 2 potatoes, cut in cubes
• 1 carrot, cut in cubes
• 1 cup Mitsides Medium Beans, cooked
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 5 Tbsp fresh cream
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• Boiling water
