- 1 packet tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup heirloom tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup mini plum tomatoes halved
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 250 grams mozzarella, sliced
- 3 tbsp basil pesto
