- 425g Marriage's Golden Wholegrain bread flour
- 175g strong white bread flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp salt
- 370ml water
- 1½ tsp dried yeast (I use Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano (optional)
- 150g olives, sliced (optional)
