Oven Baked Chicken Rice Bake - a whole dinner dish
Mix together mushroom soup, milk, onion soup mix and undrained mushrooms. Reserve 1/2 soup mix. Stir uncooked rice and vegetables into remaining soup mixture.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 oz can chopped mushroom
- 3 lbs chicken (cut up)
- 1 cup regular rice (2 cups minute rice) uncooked
- 10 oz pkg. frozen peas and carrots (thawed) paprika
