Ingredients

• 90g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp milk
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 5 large eggs (seperated)
• 12 tbsp sugar (portioned into half)
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
• 165g icing sugar
• 200g marshmallows
• 4 tbsp double cream
