Ingredients: 125ml double cream; 75ml espresso; 115g plain chocolate, broken into pieces; 100g milk chocolate, broken into pieces; 2 tbsp golden syrup; Good pinch of cinnamon; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 500ml vanilla ice cream, to serve; 35-50g toasted pecans, chopped, to serve
