Corn and Avocado Dip - The Merrythought

Ingredients

• cloves minced garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or as much as you want – we like lots!)
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• juice from 1 lime
• salt and black pepper to taste
