• Leftover pie dough from making a single crust pie or ½ recipe “Pie Crust” or “Galette Dough”
• 2 tbsp (28 g) butter, melted and cooled
• ⅓ cup (72 g) Redpath® Dark Brown Sugar, packed
• 4 tsp (8 g) lemon zest, finely grated
• 2 tsp (5 g) cornstarch
• 1 tsp (3 g) ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp (3 g) salt
• ⅓ + ¼ cup (88 g) fresh blueberries
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) water
