- ¾ cup (130 g) chopped crystallized ginger, minced
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- ⅓ cup (80 ml) Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- ½ teaspoon pure almond extract
