Ingredients: Adapted by:@mumtaz7555; 1 kg chops( I used loin); 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste with ground green chillies(Amina's brand) salt to taste(1 teaspoon salt); 1 teaspoon lemon pepper; 2 tablespoons lemon and herb sauce Minnies/Nandos; ½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice (or garlic man brand); 2 tablespoons mustard sauce( I used 1 tablespoon); 2 tablespoons lemon juice; ( I also added 1 teaspoon chillie powder & ½ teaspoon Huldi)
