• 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)
• 2 cups diced apples
• 1/4 cup Honey
• 1 cup Broth of choice (I prefer veggie broth here)
• 1 Tbs Cinnamon
• 1 Tbs palm or brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
