Ingredients

• 1.1 lbs ground pork
• 9 oz flour
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 oz scallions
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 oz fresh yeast
• 1/2 oz ginger
• 4 tsp oyster sauce
• 1/2 tbsp white pepper
• 1/2 tbsp five-spice powder
• 2 tsp light soy sauce
• 2 tsp dark soy sauce
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• flour, for dusting
