Masala scrambled eggs recipe

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 15 g butter
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 0.5 green chilli, deseeded and finely diced
• 0.5 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
• 1 pinch salt and pepper
• 1 toasted bagel or muffin to serve (optional)
• 1 bunch fresh coriander to garnish
