- 4 chicken drumsticks and 4 chicken thighs
- a little olive oil
- 15ml (1 tbsp) finely chopped fresh rosemary
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 x corn on the cobs
- small handful chopped chives
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil in a small bowl
- fresh flat-leaf parsley sprigs, to serve
