I love stir-fried lettuce, it's great just with oyster sauce or XO
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 5 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 small iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters, washed and dried
- 1 tbsp shaoxing
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ¾ tsp sugar
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
