Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 400 g beef (dried with a napkin)
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 300 g champignon mushrooms (or your preferred mushrooms), cut into large pieces
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 7 cloves garlic (adjust to preference)
• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• 500 ml water
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• Fresh parsley (for garnish)
