• 70 g hard cheese, finely grated ((£1.74/2)=(£0.87))
• 150 g spinach ((£1.00/2)=(£0.50))
• Optional fresh basil to serve
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt
• Pepper
• ½ tsp dried parsley
