Branston & Cheese Sausage Roll Recipe recipe | Branston

Ingredients

• 2-3 tbsp Branston (Original or Small Chunk)
• 1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry
• 50g grated cheddar
• 250g sausage meat
• 6 sprigs of sage, leaves picked and finely chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, finely diced and fried until golden
• ½ an onion, finely diced and fried until golden
• 1 large egg, whisked, for glazing
• Nigella seeds, to garnish
• Branston Pickle, to serve
• Salt and pepper, to season
• 1 jar of Branston pickle
• 1 ready-rolled puff pastry sheet
• 1 block of grated cheddar cheese
• 1 pack of sausage meat
• 1 bouquet of fresh sage
• 1 bulb of garlic
• 1 white onion
• 1 box of eggs
• 1 tub of nigella seeds
