Tequila Lemon Chicken - GRILLED

Ingredients

• 1 Whole chicken
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 2 tbsp Paprika
• 2 tbsp Coarse sea salt
• 2 tbsp Dried rosemary
• 2 tbsp Cayenne pepper flakes
• 3 Minced garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
• The juice from half a lemon
• 1/4 cup Tequila
• Tequila wood barrel chunks (can be substituted with oak wood chunks)
