Thai Green Prawn Curry recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 packet Woolworth's thai green paste
• ½ teaspoon ground green chillies
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 400g packet Woolworths deveined prawns
• 1 can coconut cream
• 1. In a wok heat oil, add paste and saute for a minute.
• 2. Add chillies and lemon, mix in, then add prawns and coat well.
• 3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add coconut cream and mix in.
• 4. Cook on high to reduce cream till slightly thickened.
• 5. Serve with jasmine rice/
