Scalloped Potatoes Gelson's

Ingredients

• 2 lb Idaho potatoes, peeled, cut into ¼”-thick slices
• 3 Tbsp butter, plus more for baking dish
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 ½ cups milk
• 1 cup shredded Gelson’s sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 Tbsp Gelson’s organic fresh chives, plus more for garnish
• Kosher salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
