Ingredients

• 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
• 5 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Cherries (maraschino or fresh, optional)
• 1/4-1/2 cup water
• 4 8-ounce packages of cream cheese (I recommend Cabot)
• 18 Oreos, crushed
• Whipped cream, optional
• 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate, chopped into chunks and divided
