- 4 X Beef Rump Steaks
- 2 teaspoons Onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons Garlic and parsley seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoons Crushed black pepper
- Salt – don’t add too much salt as the garlic seasoning has salt already
