Deliciously Ella's Spiced Sweet Potato Stew Recipe | Lakeland Inspiration

Ingredients

• 3, sweet potatoes
• 1, red pepper
• 2 x 400g, cans of chopped tomatoes
• 2, garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tbsp, chilli powder
• 2 tbsp, ground cumin
• 2 tbsp, ground coriander
• 1 tbsp, miso paste
• to taste, salt and pepper
• 400g, can of black beans, drained and rinsed
• 200g, bag of spinach
• 250g, coconut yogurt, (optional but amazing!)
