Ingredients

• 1 lb of ground beef (, lean)
• 1 chopped medium-sized onion
• 2 tsp of minced garlic
• 1 can (29 oz) of tomato sauce
• 1 can (6 oz) of tomato paste
• 1 ½ tsp of salt
• 1 tsp of dried oregano
• 16 oz of mozzarella cheese (, shredded)
• 12 oz of cottage cheese
• ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 package (12 oz) of lasagna noodles
