Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 grams caster sugar
- 250 grams mascarpone cheese
- 300 mls double cream
- 2 tbsp dry Marsala
- Two tbsp Tia Maria
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 300-400 mls strong black coffee (room temperature)
- 60 or 30 60 Pavesini or 30 Savoiardi biscuits
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (not sweetened)
- 50 grams of chocolate shaving from a bar of cooking chocolate
