Entenman’s cakes. Not really what they used to be, but I still have my favorites, one of them being Apple Puffs.

- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped coarse

- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
