Ingredients

• 300 grams of desalted cod
• 2 artichokes
• 300 grams of bomba rice
• 1 large onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1.5 liters of fish broth or fumet
• 1/2 cup of crushed tomato
• 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
• Powdered saffron (a pinch)
