• 2 onions
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 big ripe tomato
• 2c. of tomato pulp soup
• Salt q.s.
• Black pepper q.s.
• 1 dl of white wine
• Parsley q.s.
• 2 cups. of carolino rice
