Ingredients

• 1 head white cabbage (about 1 pound)
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1 roasted red bell pepper, in oil, sliced
• 1 small red onion, finely sliced
• 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• ½ teaspoon dried oregano
• Pinch of crushed red-pepper flakes
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
• 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
