Ingredients

• 1 (6.7 oz) jar, any variety, of Cole's Premium Tuna Fillets, well drained & roughly chopped
• 1 cup of fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
• 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (may substitute this with mayonnaise)
• 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 roma tomato, seeded & chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
